Our unique swimming programme offers class sizes of 2 children per teacher so your child will receive more attention, feedback, and swim time than they would in larger class sizes.
We also offer 1-2-1 sessions. Subject to availability.
We follow the awarding-winning Swimming Teachers Association's (STA) criteria and children can start our programme when they reach 3 years old or older. Non-swimmers all the way to advanced swimmers are all welcome!
For non-swimmers, we aim to keep swimming as natural as possible, so we avoid using armbands. This is done with teachers being in the water with the children and supporting them with up-to-date teaching methods and equipment. Technique improvement, water safety, confidence and many more will be covered in our programme for all ages and abilities.
We also offer pre-club training to brush up on technique, stamina, and speed for advanced swimmers looking to join a competitive swimming club!
Our Parent & Baby classes are made to help build water confidence from 0 to 3 years old. A teacher will guide you on practices and methods so you understand how you can help your little one get the best head start in their swimming journey.
This is a great bonding activity that also offers a form of low-impact exercise for the parents/guardians who will be guided on the different holds and movements when you are in the water with your baby.
We do recommend that babies start these classes at 3 months old but they can start as young as 1 week old! (Vaccinations before starting swimming are no longer a requirement)
We offer a range of services for adults too!
Our adult beginner sessions are made to help non-swimmers gain confidence in the water and begin to learn the different strokes at a pace that suits you!
Our adult improver sessions are designed to help you improve areas of swimming that you wish to focus on! From technique, stamina, speed or even swimming-focused triathlon training.
We have a maximum of 4 people per session, however, we often ensure that people are paired with others of similar goals and abilities.
We also have the popular adult lane swimming sessions, where you can avoid crowded swimming pools and just swim at your leisure in a time slot with a maximum of 4 people in the pool.
Away from congested studios, FloatFit makes the most of the water’s instability.
All exercises can be modified to suit different levels of fitness, experience, and age. FloatFit gives you a stimulating class and an effective workout.
Floatfit boards (known as AquaBase's) are low-impact, high-quality fitness floats. They find any imbalance immediately, allowing you to focus on the identified areas.
It is an ideal corrective tool to strengthen muscle weaknesses and postural imbalances in a safe and supportive way. Great for overall fitness and injury prevention!
Our class sizes are a maximum of 2 people per session, allowing you to get the most from our trained instructor.
